Attention of residents, who used state and municipal services of state bodies and multifunctional centers (MFC)

In order to improve public services rendering procedures of state power federal bodies and getting feedback as well, constant monitoring of services quality through the system "Your control” created by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development Order was carried out beginning from 2013.  

Citizens who have received federal body service, including when applying to the MFC, receive opportunity to evaluate service quality by selecting the most convenient way:

- to participate in free SMS –polling from official shortcode “0919”;

- by research and information system “Your control” vashkontrol.ru;

- through MFC official site of the Republic of Tatarstan State and Municipal Services Web Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru/mfc;

- through informats “Electronic Government” established in MFC and Republic authorities.
