In the conduct of epidemiological supervison, the indicators of risk of breach of mandatory requirements will be used

The Decree of the Government of Russia No.1045 dd. 31.08.2017 "On introduction of changes into the Regulation on federal state  sanitary and epidemiological supervision"  completed the Regulation on Federal State  sanitary and epidemiological supervision" with an item, envisaging using by the Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service and Federal Medical Biological Agency of the indicators of risks of violating the mandatory requirements for determination of the need to carry out the unplanned checks.

In this case, the risk indicators for violating the mandatory requirements can be understood as the parameters whose compliance or deviation may evidence about the high probability of breach of the mandatory requirements. Such risk indicators will be developed and approved by the Ministry of Health of Russia in agreement with the Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service in the period of four months.

The adopted resolution has been prepared by the Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service in accordance with the Passport of the priority program "Reform of control and supervisory activities" and is aimed at protecting the rights of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs at the Federal Public Health and Epidemiological Supervision.

The Decree enters into force on September 9, 2017.
