Credit organizations will be able to request individually the information on provision of banking services

From February 1, 2018, the Government Decree of October 2, 2017, No. 1202, and the Government Order of October 3, 2017, No. 2147-R, improving the existing order of the interaction of credit organizations, state bodies and citizens in the course of provision of banking services will come into force. Starting from the specified date of the customer's consent, the requests for the necessary information will be formed by credit organizations and then transferred to state bodies through a unified portal of state and municipal services (functions) and the results of their consideration will automatically go to the bank. This would greatly simplify the procedure and reduce the time for obtaining banking services, as it would obviate the need for the claimant to apply to state bodies for documents, for example, to obtain credit or mortgages.
