The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia reworked the draft federal law, aimed at consolidation of the fundamentals of permitting activity

The draft federal law "On the fundamentals of permitting activities in the Russian Federation", developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in fulfillment of the instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation, provides for the establishment of a legal basis of permitting activities.

It is expected that the draft will come into force from January 1, 2020 save for the provisions, for which other validity terms are established, at that it is envisaged, that the permits for the objects of permitting activity continue to be valid after the law comes into force.
