Gamification and automation. Methods for increasing efficiency of business projects were discussed today in Kazan

How to simplify control and tracking procedures, and increase the product quality? Which method is best to use in desperate situations? How a gaming process can influence the development of business? Answers to these and other questions were given today to over 60 entrepreneurs and students-economists at the Entrepreneur's House. It hosted two training workshops at once: "Economic efficiency of projects by automation of business processes", "Gamification as a B2B sales tool".

The following leading speakers shared their experience in solving such issues and secrets of success: Director for Development of Information and Consulting Project e-MoneyNews Vyacheslav Fedorov and Director General of Education and Consulting Center Branch Marketing Natalia Nemchenko. Vyacheslav Fedorov noted that one of the methods of increasing efficiency of business projects is the automation of processes, robotics in particular. According to him, a technology used in performing specified operations (analysis, tracking, information processing) allows to reduce costs and increase quality and volume of work. This method is also used by entrepreneurs of Tatarstan. As it was noted by the workshop participants, similar questions arouse and were successfully solved in the course of entrepreneurial activity, but experience of colleagues is always useful and interesting.

Topic of the second workshop, gamification, was completely new for many attendees. According to entrepreneurs, such method hasn't yet been used in practice. As it was explained by Natalia Nemchenko, gamification is very rarely used in business. "It is a way out of desperate situations, when traditional channels aren't effective any more. In such cases, a gamification technique comes into force", the trainer said. In the seminar the speaker explained what kind of details should be paid attention to, what kind of mistakes should be avoided, how to evaluate efficiency before the start, and shared her own experience in attracting and retaining audience by a gamification technique.
