Today more than 120 Tatarstan entrepreneurs have been trained in tenders and procurement
Over 120 Tatarstan businessmen have studied the rules of “tender movement” today. A training seminar on participation in electronic trading was held in the House of Entrepreneur. “This topic is relevant for representatives of SMEs, since procurement is a good support for increasing trade and business development”, said Rustem Sibgatullin, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Director of the Department for Entrepreneurship Development and Competition. He underlined that Tatarstan was among the leaders in the Volga Federal District in terms of purchases of SMEs from the largest companies.
Yakov Geller, General Director of Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan Joint-Stock Company, spoke about the sites on which electronic trading takes place. Currently, the following resources have been developed for small and medium businesses:

- Site 223.agzrt.ru on procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities/
Within the framework of this event, entrepreneurs considered the stages of participation in tenders, the most common mistakes in preparation and holding of electronic tenders, and ways to eliminate them. Some clauses of the Federal Law No. 223-FZ “On procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities” dated July 18, 2011 were studied separately.
The training seminar allowed businessmen to overcome the barrier when participating in electronic trading. Konstantin Boriskin, an entrepreneur from Kazan, plans to engage in procurement market in the near future. He believes that there are more opportunities, including financial ones.
