Resource of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan "Proverennyi Business" is recognized as one of the best practices of control and supervisory activities

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded with 1st degree diploma in the nomination "Best visualization of a preventive tool" for the project of Internet resource "Proverennyi Business". The data was announced today at the Conference “Reform of Tax Documents Classifier: a new state control in practice” at the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation, where they summed up the results of the contest of the best practice control and supervisory activities “Control Point”.

The provbiz.ru Internet resource was launched on January 9, 2018 as a tool for preventing violations of mandatory requirements by business entities, as well as for organizing effective interaction between businessmen and regulatory authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Internet resource provides an opportunity to get a lot of useful information in one place (handouts for audits, news of legislation, announcements of events and materials on their results), as well as quickly pass to useful sites. The resource is created for entrepreneurs primarily as a knowledge base containing practical recommendations for passing audits. Handouts (including video handouts) on typical violations of entrepreneurs are grouped by common types of business activities.

The functionality of the online resource is regularly improved. In September 2018, a back-office with universal consultants was created which provide online assistance to entrepreneurs on all issues of interest, entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to undergo pre-audit. In October, a free mobile application with similar site functionality and the ability to create a personal account was launched.

In the long view, it will also be possible to upload test materials and get comments from experts on the resource; electronic checklists will also be available for self-testing. In addition, users will be able to participate in the procedures for assessing the regulatory impact of draft regulations.

The resource is already in demand outside the republic - more than half of the site visits - from other regions of the country.
