Zainsky, Alexeyevsky and Sabinsky districts of Tatarstan are the leaders in the number of transactions concluded through the aggregator "Exchange platform"

260 small and medium-sized businesses from 45 municipalities of the Republic have already registered on the "Exchange platform" of Tatarstan.

Most representatives of SMEs are from Zainsky (18 companies), Sabinsky (17) and Kukmor (14) districts. This was told by the Minister of economy of RT Farid Abdulganiev at a training seminar for heads of municipalities on working with an online aggregator. 

Most often transactions through the aggregator are also concluded by entrepreneurs from Zainsky district: they received 54 contracts out of 224 tenders. In addition, business partners are actively found on the website by representatives of Alekseevsky (21 trades) and Sabinsky (17 trades) districts. There are 1999 items in the "Needs Catalogue". Of these, 45% of requests form the Chistopol district and the city of Kazan – 470 and 435 applications, respectively.

"With the development of the "Exchange platform " as an alternative and capacious channel for selling products and connecting manufacturers and sellers, we are raising the economy in Tatarstan, creating a vision of the needs of the region and promising areas of business activity, – said the head of the Ministry of economy Farid Abdulganiev. - The mission of each municipal district is to help entrepreneurs feel comfortable in the Republic. If until December 1 this year, each district will carry out at least 10 purchases per week in the aggregator, then at the end of the year we will see a qualitative growth in each municipal district: new jobs, the output of enterprises for export."

Recall that in may 2019, an Electronic marketing center was created on the basis of the "Exchange platform". The new tool is a constantly updated information and analytical system containing information about the needs within the Republic in a particular product with a description of all the characteristics and the required volume of purchase. Owning this information, the local manufacturer through the system can offer their terms to replace the required products on the domestic counterpart that meets all the conditions of the customer.

The effective work of the Agency on the state order of the Republic of Tatarstan in September 2019 was noted by President Rustam Minnikhanov in his address to the State Council of Tatarstan. According to the General Director of the Agency Yakov Geller, the exchange platform, the Republican marketing center and the information portal of support of entrepreneurs work for the development of the e-Commerce industry, the creation of competition and promotion of products of local manufacturers.

"Our tool, the exchange platform, involves more than 3 thousand representatives of small business. Previously, they could not break through, but now they have entered the market, " Yakov Geller said at the time.

The adopted Concept of the Republican marketing center assumes the following stages: customers place their applications in the aggregator, an examination of the presence or absence of production in the Republic is carried out, the final stage is the assessment of the possibility of localization of production. The data of the marketing center of the System allow enterprises to optimize procurement costs, increase competition in the market, get more complete information about the needs and opportunities of the domestic market.
