On May 23, 2016 to Naberezhnye Chelny within the III International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" the Additional Agreement to the agreement from 12/18/2015 about strategic cooperation between the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of economic development of Perm Krai has been signed.
