During the period from April 10 to May 10, 2017 it is announced about accepting bid applications from the subjects of small and medium sized entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan, associated with the establishment and development of youth centers of innovative creativity, focused at creating favorable conditions for children, young people and small and medium-sized businesses for their development in science, technology, innovation and industrial areas through creation of logistic, economic, information base.
A draft federal bill “On introduction of changes into the Federal Law “On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs” and invalidation of separate provisions of acts of law of the Russian Federation (in part of interaction of the registering authority with multi-functional centers for providing state and municipal services at state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs” was submitted by a relative direction of the RF Government dd 25.03.2017 № 541-р to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
The Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation dd. March 24, 2017 No. 331 approved the procedure for listing the kinds of Federal State Control (supervision) and federal bodies of executive power responsible for their implementation. This document has been developed in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 294-FZ “On protection of rights of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs at carrying out State Control (supervision) and municipal control”. The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation will maintain the list.
