Today citizens can use electronic services of the majority of federal departments through the Uniform federal Portal of the state services gosuslugi.ru. But at the same time to submit the application on a federal Portal for receiving those services which demand reliable protection of personal information it is required to confirm the account. It is impossible to make it independently from the home computer.
 

Due to celebration of the Day of Spring and Labor - May 1 and Victory Day -May 9, the branches of the budget-funded agency “MFC of provision of public and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan” (offices “my documents”) for reception of applicants will work according to the following schedule:

  • The city of Kazan (Zarechenskij, Novo-Savinovskij, Volga, South branches),
  • Naberezhno-Chelninskij, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk affiliates:

30 April (the day before a holiday)-from 8.00 to 16.00

1, 8, 9 May – weekends mode

2, 7, 10 May - in normal mode

  • All other branches, including additional office in Naberezhnye Chelny (on the Mira Avenue, 62):

30 April, 1, 7, 9 May- weekends

8 May (the day before a holiday) - from 8.00 to 16.00

10 May - in normal mode.
