The system of confirmation of a class of waste causes complaints on various factors

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion about an assessment of the regulating impact on the draft of the order of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources "About the statement of an order of confirmation of reference of waste of the I-V classes of danger to a concrete class of danger".
The draft of the act will extend to all individual entrepreneurs and legal entities (more than 7 million organizations) in the course of whose activity production wastes and consumption are formed.
A number of administrative procedures on confirmation of correctness of reference of waste to a concrete class of danger is established by the document.
