The Ministry of Economic Development is aimed at creation of convenient service for the Russian exporters

"The purpose of our activity is consolidation of participants of the market of electronic trading and the adjacent markets for providing convenient service to the Russian exporters, first of all to subjects of SAB", - the director of the department of development of small and average business and the competition of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Parshin within the forum "Internet + Trade" has declared.

According to him, now export-oriented businessmen, first of all SAB, face a number of system problems, such as lack of information by search of partners, sales markets in foreign countries, a lack of information on production an entry conditions into the foreign markets, low-popularity of the Russian goods to foreign consumers, complexity with passing of customs and other procedures, including confirmation of a zero rate of the VAT at retail export, low availability of financing (including, difficulties when receiving the credits and high interest rates).

"We suggest to organize the channel of export electronic sales created by the large private Russian companies which are carrying out activity in the sphere of electronic trading by the principle of "one window", - the department director has noted.

For formation of a pool of potential exporters and preparation them to export it is supposed to involve the existing infrastructure of support of SAB and export (JSC REC, JSC MSP Corporation, the regional centers of support of export, the trade missions abroad), the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services.
