The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has introduced the bill of state control in the Government

On August 1, 2016 the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has introduced to the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the modifed federal law "About bases of the state and municipal control in the Russian Federation".
Provisions of the bill consolidate the general principles of implementation of the state and municipal control (supervision) and protection of the rights of citizens and the organizations at their implementation.
The bill provides introduction of the principles of an assessment of efficiency of activity of control bodies, and also riskooriyentirovanny approach at implementation of checks, fixing of information openness of obligatory requirements.
It is planned that the bill will be considered by the State Duma in autumn session.
