Today within the Gaidar forum the expert discussion devoted to the presentation "The national report on innovations in Russia : how to awaken the sleeping giants?" has taken place.
During the action the existing barriers interfering innovative development of the enterprises of key branches, steps that need to be taken first of all for increase in interest of business in innovations what measures, besides existing, the state can undertake have been considered.
