Professor of London Business School Mr. Richard Jolly gave a lecture “Leadership in the current context” in the Government House

Today Professor of London Business School Mr. Richard Jolly gave the lecture “Leadership in the current context” in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan

Mr. Richard Jolly has noted peculiarities of modern leadership and gave examples.

He cited a passage from the book of Frederick Taylor “Principles of scientific management” that, when in the past the first place was occupied by a human being, in the future system will be the first. 

In further detail Mr. Richard Jolly spoke about relations between employees and managers in team. At the end of the lecture Professor answered attendees’ questions.    

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Mr. Richard Jolly for speaking engagement and noted that the lecture was very educational and filled with examples.
