The deputy minister of Economic Affairs of Tatarstan Republic Bulat Haziahmetov participated in the Council meeting of Tyulyachinskii municipal district of Tatarstan republic
On February 21, the meeting of representative bodies of Tyulyachinskii municipal district of the Tatarstan Republic took place, concerning with the 2016 year results and plans on the year 2017. The secretary general of the Tatarstan Republic president Asgat Safarov, the deputy minister of transport and road facilities of the Tatarstan Republic Airat Usmanov, the State council deputy of the Tatarstan Republic Raziya Sadykova came into it. The deputy minister of Economic affairs Bulat Haziahmetov gave a report on behalf of the Ministry of economic affairs of the Tatarstan republic.
In his speech, he elaborated on the Ministry work on the line of the business and infrastructure support and on the supporting programs on the federal and regional level (“Lizing-Grant”, “Program 6.5” etc.)
The deputy minister motivated the municipal authorities in coordination with the business community of the district to participate more actively in the application process, to increase the potency of the procurement and to use the existing opportunities of exchange and small and medium-sized enterprises portal, to increase professional skills under the participation in education project of Sberbank Russia and Google “Business class”, to develop the infrastructure of the innovative business by creating Centers of innovative creativity of youth, to increase the participation in the export business, that, finally would influence on the promotion of competition in the district.
It is to be recalled, that in aid of promotion of competition in Tatarstan republic, there were completed agreements with municipal formations for implementation of Standards of competition promotion in Tatarstan republic, in framework of implementation specifications of the Standard of competition promotion, the Standard of promotion is aided on the creation of conditions of competition development on the region commodity and service market, the transparency of regional authorities work, on creation impulses for small and medium-sized enterprises protection and on the administrative burden removal.
According to the Ordinance of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan Republic dated on May 6, 2014, the Ministry of economic affairs of the Tatarstan republic is the notified executive body of the Tatarstan Republic on assistance of competition promotion in the Tatarstan republic.
