The deputy economy minister of the Tatarstan Republuc Oleg Pelevin participated at the Council of Zainsk municipal district session

On February, 21 the 16th        Council of Zainsk municipal district session of the third calling with the participation of the Prime minister of the Tatarstan republic Ildar Khalikov took place. The deputy economy minister Oleg Pelevin, on behalf of the Ministry of economic Affairs of Tatarstan Republic, explained the situation in small and medium-sized enterprises in Zainsk municipal district, his speech was about measures of State support for small and medium-sized buisnesses. Before the session started, councilmen and invitees got acquainted with the manufacturing plants and organizations of processing industries exhibition.

The prime minister of the Tatarstan republic Ildar Khalikov, during the session, told about the 2016-year results in economics and manufacturing industries of Tatarstan, fixed on projects, such as Alabuga SEZ, innovative city Innopolis etc.

 “Zainsk district brings the particular contribution to the republic economics” – said Ildar Khalikov. – During the development of municipal formations, according to the 2016 year results, Zainsk district is on the 15th place, this is 2 positions above, that in 2015 year. The IPI in this district according to the 2016 year results is 100,7 %. Other bottom-lines are good, too.”

The prime Minister pointed out that Zainsk district was one of the six districts of republic being a part of the Kamsky center of cluster development “InnoKam”. According to his words, it is important to use all advantages of such position for the city and district economics development.

Here, in this district, centered big enterprises such as Zainskaya Gres power plant – town forming enterprise, which is included in the most 40 big power plants in Russia.

The factory “Zainskyi Sahar” was also one of the most powerful specialized site, - said Ildar Khalikov, - and the refinery capacity had reached to 8.000 million tons of the white beet per day. He put in remembrance that the volume of this enterprise shipped products was 4,6 billion rubles in 2016.

The prime minister showed the positive changes in the social-economic development of the Zainsk district, pointed out all growing points and necessity of building up certain figures.

In his speech, Ildar Khalikov stressed that there was a clear understanding of the whole situation in Zainsk district, and marked the high potential of Zainsk citizens.
