Artem Zdunov gave a talk about 2016 year’s results at the city Council’s session in Naberezhnye Chelny

Today the city Council’s session of the municipal education has taken a place in Naberezhnye Chelny about “The 2016 year’s results of social-economic development of the municipal education in Naberezhnye Chelny and the plans for 2017 year”. The prime minister of the Tatarstan Republic Ildar Khalikov took part in it. The minister Artem Zdunov gave a talk on behalf of the Ministry of economic Affairs.

The city factories and organizations productions exhibition was organized in the Palace of children and young people works hall. The PSEDA residents (Priority Social and Economic Development Area) of Naberezhnye Chelny – Haier factory, “Tempo”, “Zaryad”, “Technoanod”, “Polychim Systems”, AIC “Kamsky”, and LLP “TESK” took part in this exhibition.

Ildar Khalikov said that PSEDA residents are provided assistance on a nationwide scale, but companies have to make more efforts to develop and promote its products. “We made a lot to support you during the first year and it’s necessary for your products to be in every system of federal importance” – he mentioned, addressing to the representative of the company, in production bandies “Zaryad”.

The minister of Economic affairs, Artem Zdunov, during the session, mentioned that PSEDA residents of Naberezhnye Chelny should create 10.000 work positions and invest 40 billion by the year 2016. Then, the mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nail Magdeev mentioned that city progress was, first of all, the result of all work of residents of Naberezhnye Chelny

The total territorial product according to 2016 year’s results was 183 billion. IPI reached to 115%.

The volume growth, first of all, assured by the dynamic development of PAO “KAMAZ”, which had the ratio in the industry volume 47%. Among the best enterprises are “Ford Sollers” Holding, KBK named after S.P. Titov, “Daimler Kamaz Rus” Gmbh, ZF KAMA Gmbh,  TATPROF Gmbh, SATURN Gmbh, OAO “Chelny Holod”, AO “Chelny Hleb” etc,

Nail Magdeev pointed on that awarding of status Priority Social and Economic Development Area (PSEDA) to the city, gave a real opportunity for the economic diversity. During the first year after this decision, 7 enterprises came into PSEDA, 8,5 billion invested to the city economic, created 1.5 thousand workplaces. 

“We will use all capabilities for the maximum recruitment of investors. We have an opportunity to place at least 500 small and medium-sized enterprises” – Nail Magdeev pointed out.

Then the mayor specified about the small and medium-sized enterprises, construction industry, housing and public utilities development.

The mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev told about the plans of developing the PSEDA in the year 2017. “We will use all capabilities for the recruitment of new investors in the current year, we have over 400 ha of land for the placing over 500 enterprises” – he told.

In his speech, the prime minister of Tatarstan Republic Ildar Khalikov pointed out in his speech that Naberezhnye Chelny was the leader in the most social-economic activities.
