Rustam Minnikhanov at the opening of Chelny Meat Processing Plant: This is the largest investment project totaling to 3 billion roubles implemented in a short period of time

On March 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of "Agrosila “Chelny Meat Processing Plant" in Naberezhnye Chelny.

The plant is a new complex for chicken meat processing, which is put into operation by Agrosila Holding, the leading agricultural producer in the Volga region.

Minnikhanov looked around new production facilities, appreciated modern processing equipment installed in the plant's workshops.

"We are impressed by this investment project. This is the largest investment project totaling to over 3 billion roubles implemented in such a short period of time,” Minnikhanov said, speaking at the opening ceremony. "The main thing is that it is a modern enterprise that allows for high-level processing of chicken meat with a capacity of 144 tons per day," he added.

Minnikhanov also appreciated the plant's innovative automatic lines for preparation of semi-finished products.
