Information on individual personal account status in mandatory pension insurance system can be obtained from the MFC

The Russian Ministry of Labor respective order on approval of administrative rules for rendering state service for informing insured persons on their individual personal accounts’ status in mandatory pension insurance system by the Russian Federation Pension Fund is registered with the Russian Ministry of Justice on March 13, 2017.

A previous rule for giving such information was declared invalid.

At present, the mentioned state service shall be rendered to an applicant after applying for individual personal account status data to Russian Federation Pension Fund territorial agency or Multifunctional Center of Public and Municipal Services (MFC) within the period not exceeding 10 days from the date of request receipt.

It shall be recalled that all services provided by the RF PF in electronic format are combined on Pension Fund website: https://es.pfrf.ru.

For convenience of the public, it is possible to confirm personal account, registered on State Services Portal, in many Russian Federation PF client services and in all offices “My Documents” (MFC).
