The Russian Government approved rules for keeping a list of Federal State Control (supervision)
The Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation dd. March 24, 2017 No. 331 approved the procedure for listing the kinds of Federal State Control (supervision) and federal bodies of executive power responsible for their implementation. This document has been developed in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 294-FZ “On protection of rights of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs at carrying out State Control (supervision) and municipal control”. The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation will maintain the list.
The information, included in this list, includes:
- The name of the kind of Federal State Control.
- Normative legal acts, regulating its implementation.
- The name of a federal body of executive power, exercising the kind of Federal State Control.
- Names of other organizations, performing certain powers for Federal State control, with indication of requisites of a normative legal act providing for their participation in the implementation.
The information included in the list, will be available to the public and shall be published by the Ministry of Economic Fevelopment of the Russian Federation on the administrative reform portal on the Internet (ar.gov.ru) at least once in every 2 month.
The signing of this Decree will generate additional conditions to improve quality control and supervision activities and reduce the administrative burden on legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
