"The NCO Day" was held in two cities of Tatarstan

On August 22 in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk, “The NCO Day” was held for representatives of non-profit organizations in the five districts of Tatarstan.

The event was attended by more than 50 representatives of organizations implementing social projects of various designations in Yelabuga, Tukaevsk, Zainsk, Nizhnekamsk and Novosheshminsk districts.

"The NCO Day" is an educational project, implemented by the Resource Centre for the development of civil society institutions "Perspective", supported by the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The program envisages meetings with heads of non-profit organizations in the form of workshops.

The experts from the Resource Centre for the development of civil society institutions, "Perspective" told to the participants of the meeting about the contests announced in the Republic of Tatarstan and grants for non-profit organizations, as well as the opening of the options to receive financial support from the Fund of the President of Russia. A lively interest of the members of "The NCO Days" was caused by the seminar of a member of the Tatarstan Public Chamber, the Head of the "Perspective" Resource Centre - Gulnar Shagieva. Typical errors in filing the application for grant competitions, which result in a denial of support, are perhaps the most important topic in the lives of non-profit organizations seeking to develop their own projects. The second seminar "Communicate this!" "7 Rules of good PR for NCO" was held in interactive discussion format. The leaders of the non-profit organizations, together with the expert from the Resource Centre "Perspective", discussed different approaches to the fame of social projects and elaborated on key aspects of successful PR activities. 

"The NCO Day" in the nearest future wil be held in Aznakayevo, Menzelinsk, Mendeleevsk, Almetyevsk, Nurlat and will cover 15 regions of Tatarstan. The program envisages meetings with heads of non-profit organizations in the form of workshops. The experts from the Resource Centre for the development of civil society institutions "Perspective" will hold two meetings: "Anatomy of a Social Project:" How to write a victory application for a grant and "Communicate it! "7 rules of good PR for NCO".
