Total floor area: 28,680 m2, including 3,075 m2 of Nanotechnology Center IDEA (buildings No. 26, 27, and 31).
Floor area for rental to residents: 16,355.45 m2.

– furnished workplaces with office machines offered on favorable terms (Business Incubator Sviyaga);
– 24-hour security;
– in-yard parking lot;
– counseling services;

Key business lines:
– participation in the development and implementation of federal and regional research programs;
– performance of design, development and research activities in different areas;
– development and assistance with the implementation of new technologies, development and implementation into production of low-waste, eco-friendly and resource-saving technologies;

Requirements for joining Business Incubator Sviyaga:
– activity period of a small business entity from the official incorporation to the application submission should not exceed 1 year;
– rental period should not exceed 3 years.
Rental rates:
1st year - 40%, 2nd year - 60%, 3rd year - 100% of the market rate.
