TatPatent platform was presented in Tatarstan

Presentation of the TatPatent platform, developed by the Ministry of Economy and the Tatarstan Center for Scientific and Technical Information, took place today in the House of Entrepreneur. The project aims to provide comprehensive support to innovators and businessmen of the republic in creation and launch of innovative solutions and promising projects.

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Indira Kireyeva addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech.

She noted that the TatPatent platform is designed to assist inventors and innovators, as well as large and small businesses in creating and launching innovative solutions and promising projects.

“The TatPatent project was launched in 2018, during this period the specialists of the Tatarstan Central Scientific and Technical Center implemented the first stage of measures to develop and maintain an automated information and analytical system. At this stage, the System included information on intellectual property and their authors, information resources of scientific, technical and patent information, national innovation projects with possibility of exchanging data and conducting relevant expertise and analytics”, said the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

This year TatPatent has been modernized and now it is a global service for the real sector of the economy of the republic. The platform consists of the following sections:

• project office, where each team of innovators can learn how to generate unique solutions, focus and bring innovative ideas to receiving grants, successful implementation and first sales;

• a service for creating applications for a grant from the Fund for Promotion of Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Field (Innovation Promotion Fund);

• information on all relevant measures of republican and federal support for business, including in connection with the pandemic of the coronavirus infection COVID-19;

• patent office and a single service for solving problems of entrepreneurs, inventors and scientific community on intellectual property;

• consulting on registration of intellectual property;

• a platform for effective dialogue with public authorities and departments.

Indira Kireyeva urged innovators to use all opportunities that will be presented on the platform.
