RT Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited enterprises of Zelenodolskiy municipal district

Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to Zelenodolskiy municipal district.

Accompanied by the Head of the district, Mikhail Afanasyev, he visited the Zelenodolsk industrial park, in particular, the sites of the Wildberries and Ozon warehouse complexes under construction, the wholesale distribution center of X5 Retail Group, and visited the existing residents - Promenergo, a company manufacturing and assembling electric power measuring instruments and switchboard equipment, Tatfarm OOO, engaged in the pharmaceutical production of medicines.

Midkhat Shagiakhmetov praised the work of the Zelenodolsk industrial park. “The site is developing well, active development is underway, this cannot but rejoice. At the same time, we understand that we are now in such conditions, in connection with coronavirus infection, where Internet trading has received a good boost. The fact that such federal companies settled in Zelenodolskiy district is a great opportunity for our manufacturers and suppliers, and, of course, new jobs will appear for local residents”, the Minister said.

“100 hectares of land with a ready-made infrastructure, where serious production facilities are located, is a great pride for us. We, as a district, are doing everything in our power to ensure that there are residents and they develop”, added Mikhail Afanasyev.

After that, in Zelenodolsk, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented a prototype of non-contact measuring equipment of SPK Prime company, which checks the presence of a mask in a person and automatically measures temperature.

Also during the trip, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited “Plant named after Sergo” AO and “Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M.Gorkiy” AO, as well as the territorial and precinct election commissions of the district and city.
