Implementation of national projects continues in Tatarstan

The implementation of national projects continues in the Republic of Tatarstan.

As part of implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, the Ministry of Economy provided entrepreneurs with property, financial and educational support. In 2020, production facilities were commissioned in the industrial park “Saba”, the industrial park “Tyulyachi”, the industrial park on the territory of the Technopolis “Khimgrad”. Now the second stage of the project is underway to create an industrial park on the territory of the Technopolis “Khimgrad”.

As part of implementation of the national project, financial support was provided to Tatarstan entrepreneurs: 513 microloans were approved for a total amount of 842.3 million rubles, 258 guarantees of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan were issued for a total of about 1.3 billion rubles, which allowed SMEs to attract loan financing for 5.5 billion rubles. Interest rates on loans to entrepreneurs were subsidized in the total amount of 43.5 million rubles and the costs associated with payment for services for the delivery of food and meal, in the total amount of 28 million rubles.

Within the framework of implementation of the regional project “Forests Conservation” of the national project “Ecology”, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan acquired 13 units of forest fire equipment and machinery and 50 units of forestry equipment and machinery, provided specialized institutions with forestry equipment and machinery, formed a stock of forest seeds for reforestation and increased reforestation area.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan has implemented a 100% regional project “Targeted support for increasing labor productivity at enterprises” within the framework of the national project “Labor productivity and employment support”. Enterprises of the republic were involved in implementation of the national project. As a result of the 14 streams of the management training program under the Productivity Leaders program, 155 employees of enterprises participating in the national project graduated, 120 students are currently studying. 24 graduates completed internships abroad in Germany and Korea. Also, a regional center of competence and a training production site “Process Factory” were created.
