Forecast indicators achievement were discussed in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

The achievement of the forecast indicators was discussed during a series of weekly meetings of the working group on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was held in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan  under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Oleg Pelevin via videoconference.

Before proceeding to the order of the day Oleg Pelevin noted that this year the Republic of Tatarstan faces a serious task to restore economic growth while maintaining a high degree of uncertainty.

In general the target for 2021 is a 3.9% increase in GRP. The factors of ensuring economic growth in Tatarstan are:

- implementation of a new investment cycle;

- improving the business climate;

- development of the small and medium-sized entrepreneurship sector;

- sales markets expansion;

- improving the efficiency of economic sectors and increasing labor productivity;

- national projects implementation.

These growth factors were, among other things, discussed in detail at the meeting of the State Council of the Russian Federation with the participation of the President of the country and presented at the traditional republican meeting with the participation of Rustam Minnikhanov on Saturday of the last week.

Likewise, for each of the factors target values were specified and the implementation of measures to achieve them was introduced.

The main agenda of the meeting was the reports of the deputy heads of the Executive Committees of the municipal districts of Tatarstan, where problematic issues and proposals for their solution, necessary to ensure the achievement of the forecast values of indicators for the current year were mentioned.
