The meeting of the working group on the implementation of the Action Plan for Ensuring Sustainable Economic Development was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Members of the working group, consisting of representatives of ABSA and municipalities of the republic, discussed the development of export activities of SME in Tatarstan.

The main issue of the meeting was the implementation of "Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses" federal project, which is part of the "Small Business and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" national project. Within the framework of the project, the republic faces an important task to develop the export of small and medium-sized businesses.

To this end, it is necessary to organize systematic work on the development of export activities among the ministries, departments and municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and to develop solutions for the implementation of the tasks set forth.

A report on the development of non-resource-based non-energy exports of small and medium-sized businesses in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was made by the head of the Export Support Center of the non-profit micro-credit company "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", - Artur Gainov.

It was noted that the Ministry of Economy has developed a draft roadmap for the development of non-resource-based non-energy exports of SME. Previously, the draft roadmap was sent to the ministries and departments whose supervised industries are affected by foreign economic activity. At the moment, taking into consideration the comments and suggestions received, the corresponding draft roadmap has been finalized.

The main task today is to identify as many potential and existing exporters as possible, assess their export potential and assist them in entering foreign markets. Also, of course, an important task is to promote the services of the Export Support Center and support measures for entrepreneurs.

Regional representatives of the "My Business" center provide assistance in the implementation of this task - the constant communication of the districts with the Export Support Center in terms of providing services to entrepreneurs, attracting as many potential and existing exporters as possible to the Center's events is an important part of the work to achieve the planned indicators.
