28 August 2021, Saturday

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov this week held a traditional meeting of the working group on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the region's economy. The agenda of the meeting includes issues related to the work progress on the provision of benefits to residents of industrial parks, the transfer of state and municipal services to electronic form.

One of the main topics on the agenda of the meeting was the issue of increasing the efficiency of industrial parks in the municipal districts of Tatarstan, increasing their utilization by attracting new residents, creating additional jobs. To this end, support measures are being implemented in the republic aimed at the development of industrial parks with a load below 70%, which opens up great opportunities for entrepreneurs.

Residents are completely exempt from paying transport tax and corporate property tax, they are given the opportunity to receive reduced tax rates on the Simplified Tax System, subsidizing the interest rate on loans and part of electricity costs, providing preferential microloans and loans up to 30 million rubles.

In order to take advantage of the benefits, industrial parks must pass the accreditation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, and residents and management companies must conclude an agreement on the implementation of activities on the territory of the industrial park with the Ministry of Economy. Currently, 65 industrial parks fall under the selection criteria.

The reports from representatives of the Kaibitsky, Zelenodolsk and Laishevsky municipal districts on the progress of work with management companies and residents of industrial parks on the issue of submitting documents for accreditation and concluding an agreement with the Ministry of Economy were heard at the meeting.

Also at the meeting of the working group, the situation with the provision of municipal services in electronic form and the approval of updated administrative regulations, taking into account the optimization and digitalization of procedures, was discussed. Starting from July 2, 2021, 82 state and municipal services are available in electronic form on the portal of state services of the republic, of which 48 are state and 34 are municipal.
