On October 14, the regional center "My Business" and the Entrepreneurship Support Foundation subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a free culinary master class for the self-employed, including those engaged in culinary arts.

The event was held by pastry chef Maria Petrova, a teacher of confectionery art, founder of the confectionery studio "Marie Madeleine", organizer of confectionery courses. She shared the secrets of making interesting desserts. As part of the master class, the participants prepared exclusive confectionery products.

One of the participants of the master class Aigul Zvereva came to the event from Zelenodolsk. Self-employed last year received a grant and opened a coffee shop. According to the businesswoman, such workshops are very interesting and useful for her, since in addition to coffee, her coffee shop sells desserts of its own production. The knowledge gained here will help to make changes to the menu, expand the range of delicious and high-quality sweets at a low cost.

"I wanted to see that cooking desserts is not difficult. Because when you look at such beautiful cakes and pies, first of all it seems that it is very difficult to do it, you need some kind of space-qualified equipment. Now I realized that this can be done at home and on our ordinary, home equipment," the participant of the master class shared her impressions.

It is worth noting that the master class was held as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for entrepreneurial initiative", the main purpose of which is to support business at all stages of its development.
