Midhat Shagiakhmetov summed up the results of the meetings in 2021 of the working group on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Ministry of Economy held the final meeting of the working group on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the context of the deteriorating situation due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The event was held via videoconference The meeting was held by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
In his speech Midhat Shagiakhmetov briefly dwelt on the results of the work in 2021. 84 meetings of the working group were held this year.
This year, the activities of the working group were primarily aimed at ensuring the development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The main emphasis was placed on this in the speeches of line ministries and municipalities at the meetings of the working group and republican meetings, which had an impact on the indicators of socio-economic development of the republic.
Thus, taking into account current trends, by the end of 2021, the gross regional product of the republic is estimated to amount to 3 trillion 212.5 billion rubles, or 103.8% in comparable prices by 2020.
During the meetings of the working group, the participation of enterprises in anti-crisis federal support measures during the period of restrictive measures was discussed, the drought situation in the republic was monitored, issues of readiness for the All-Russian Population Census, approval of administrative regulations for municipal services and provision of municipal services in electronic form, implementation of changes in the legislative regulation of control and supervisory activities in the implementation of municipal control and other issues were considered.
One of the priority issues of the working group in 2021 in connection with the approval of the concept for the development of industrial parks and the implementation of tax benefits was the control over the accreditation of industrial parks and the progress of work with management companies and residents of industrial parks on the conclusion of an agreement with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. For this purpose, within the framework of the working group, work was organized with municipalities to inform industrial parks about tax preferences and benefits.
Summing up the group's activities in 2021, Midhat Shagiakhmetov thanked everyone for their work.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan has set the task of ensuring sustainable economic growth. Therefore, the main work of our working group in 2022 will be aimed at fulfilling this task," summed up Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
Also, within the framework of the meeting of the working group, the proposals of the Ministry of Economy on further work within the framework of the task set by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, R. N. Minnikhanov, to ensure sustainable economic growth were discussed.
