Dinar Shakirov took part in parliamentary hearings on the National rating of the state of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

Andrey Kutepov, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy, held parliamentary hearings on the topic "National rating of the state of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and its role in the development of regional economies." The Republic of Tatarstan was represented at the hearings by Dinar Shakirov, Deputy Minister of Economy of the region.

The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova, Deputy Director of the Department for Investment Policy and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Kirill Sergashev, Executive Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Maria Glukhova.

The senator stressed that investments as a key component of the economy are always in the focus of attention of the Federation Council Committee. “In March, we analyzed the practical use of investment mechanisms in the regions and identified the best ones. The results of the study were sent to the Government, the Presidential Administration, business associations.”

Dinar Shakirov spoke about the daily work carried out by the region to improve the business climate, simplify business conditions and remove administrative barriers. An interdepartmental Project Office for improving the business climate operates on a permanent basis in the republic, which includes heads of all areas that respond to investment attractiveness. In order to receive feedback from entrepreneurs and improve the quality of services provided, the Project Office annually updates and approves road maps in all areas of the National Rating, sets targets based on the best results of the subjects of our country.

Dinar Shakirov noted that Tatarstan is working on adapting the best practices of other regions in the republic and is itself a donor of management decisions and practices. In particular, representatives of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives noted at the parliamentary hearings two practices of the region, scaled to other regions of the country - a service to simplify business access to support measures FASTTREK.RF and an Internet resource in the field of control and supervision activities "Proven Business".

The participants in the parliamentary hearings also discussed the objectivity of the rating, the methodology for its compilation, the practical significance of the rating for attracting investment to the regions of the country and the creation of favorable homogeneous conditions for the implementation of investment projects.
