Innovative and technological companies of Tatarstan will receive support from JSC "Corporation "SME"

Within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", measures aimed at supporting fast-growing high-tech, innovative SMEs (gazelles) are envisaged. 

In order to achieve the above-mentioned projects, JSC "SME Corporation" together with development institutes in the field of innovation has developed a Program to support innovative companies - "gazelles" and a Program of preferential lending to technology companies. 

To participate in the Gazelle companies support program, an organization must meet the following criteria:

• it is a subject of small and medium-sized businesses;
• has been operating for at least 3 years;
• the average annual revenue growth rate over the past 3 years is at least 20 %; 
• the type of activity corresponds to the priority industries, which can be found here;
• has documents confirming the rights of the organization to the results of intellectual activity.

As part of the Gazelle support program, the following support measures are available to participants:

• loans on favorable terms from 3%;
• warranty support in case of shortage of own security;
• preferential leasing programs from 6%;
• grants from the Innovation Assistance Fund, the Russian Export Center and other development institutions;
• access to the procurement plans of the largest customers;
• consultations on foreign economic activity;
• participation in training programs of JSC "Corporation "SME".

Also in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 25, 2022 No. 469 "On Approval of the Rules for Granting Subsidies from the Federal Budget to the Joint-Stock Company "Russian The Bank for the Support of Small and Medium-sized Businesses"to compensate for the lost income on loans granted in 2022-2024 to high-tech, innovative small and medium-sized businesses at a preferential rate" launched a program of lending to innovative SMEs at a preferential rate.

JSC "Corporation "SME" together with JSC "SME Bank", within the framework of the lending program at a preferential rate, it is planned to provide loans to innovative SMEs at a rate of no more than 3% by subsidizing part of it from the federal budget.

The purpose of the loan: investment and replenishment of working capital.

The loan term is up to 3 years.

The loan amount is up to 500 million rubles. 

To participate in the loan program at a preferential rate, an organization must meet the following criteria:

• it is a subject of small and medium-sized businesses;

• the volume of revenue for the last calendar year should not be less than 100 million rubles; 
• the cumulative average annual revenue growth rate over the past 3 years is at least 12%;
• the type of activity corresponds to the priority industries, which can be found here;
• has documents confirming the rights of the organization to the results of intellectual activity;
• the presence of the conclusion of the expert council at JSC "Corporation "SME" on the definition of a high-tech innovative company.
