Training for entrepreneurs "Export AIC: general skills in communicating with foreign partners"

On September 21, 2017, on the forum "Looking into the future" for small and medium sized entrepreneurship, within scope of the conference "Export ME" the meeting of the club of Exporters of the Republic of Tatarstan will be held on the topic "Export AIC:" general skills in communicating with foreign partners". The training will be conducted by the invited experts from Germany.

Training "Export AIC: general skills of communicating with foreign partners" will be dedicated to the best technologies, strategies and tools for building export sales systems, based on 15 years experience of international specialists. The training will consider the practical strategies for building export sales with operating scenarios for cold calls (the practices of DELL and IBM global corporations). Average results of companies in different industries following the training of staff and full implementation of the obtained technics:
- increase of global presence and enhancement of the company's brand on the international market from 14%;
- improvement of contacts with foreign clients and partners from 12%;

- improvement of work performance of sales department based on six sigmas from 27%;

- improvement of sales efficiency on foreign markets from 16%;

- minimization of costs for marketing /advertising by 2 times (for some companies – driven to zero);

- optimization of costs and work time of sales department for lead generation by 2 times;

- reduction of sales cycles and span time 2 times.

The speakers on training will be:

Inna Armstrong - a practitioner in strategic planning for the company's withdrawal to external markets, international sales and negotiations with project experience on behalf of large corporations and small/medium business companies for more than 15 years in countries of Europe and Asia in industrial, IT, FMCG and other sectors. The experience of execution of market analysis, development of a marketing strategy for promotion, holding negotiations and sales at various levels of complexity in English, German, Chinese and Russian languages. Supervision of international projects on the arrangement and development of export sales in EU countries.

Daria Recker - a sspecialist in international sales and marketing, more than 10 years of practical expeerience of startups on the international level and project management in large international corporations, Head of the company Microsoft GTM Center, founder and owner of the company Clever Books, a managing partner in Ireland of the company Neu Venture Global.
