Having won in nomination “The Best Project”, Tatarstan entered the federal stage. Results of "Development of Regional Teams" educational program were summed up in Nizhny Novgorod
The Tatarstan team headed by the Minister of Economy of the Republic, Farid Abdulganiev, has won the nomination "The Best Project". The fifth (final) module of “Development of Regional Teams” educational program has been completed at the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management, a branch of RANEPA. More than a hundred ministers, heads of municipalities and their deputies from eight territorial entities of the Volga-Region Federal District - the Nizhny Novgorod and Kirov Regions, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Mordovia, the Republic of Mari El, the Chuvash Republic, the Perm Territory, the Udmurt Republic - passed professional retraining.
The main result of training is the formation of strong regional teams with a high level of managerial skill, interaction and able to quickly and efficiently solve problems of any complexity.
Within the framework of the fifth module, the participants underwent training on effective communication, examined the topical issues of image formation and branding of the region, development of public-private partnership. Special attention, as in the previous modules, was given to preparation by teams of projects to improve the investment climate in their territorial entities. Developed initiatives, according to experts of the program, will be able to give impetus to development of regions for a decade ahead.
“Development of Regional Teams” educational program is implemented by the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in partnership with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation. Leading Russian and foreign experts and business practitioners, representatives of ASI, experts from regional offices of development institutions, the best regional moderators and graduates of the program are involved in implementation of the program.
