The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation launched a collection of proposals to the national project to support SMEs

The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation opens a collection of proposals for the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

The national project aims to comprehensively improve the business climate in Russia and is structured in such a way as to provide the necessary support measures at every stage of business development: from the emergence of ideas, registration and assistance in obtaining affordable financing, property support to business expansion with export access. Main tasks: by 2024, increase the number of employees in the SME sector to 25 million people, increase the share of SMEs in the country's GDP to 32%, and the share of exports of SMEs-up to 10% of the total.

The national project proposes the necessary measures of state support. At the end of February, the program of preferential lending at a rate not exceeding 8.5% was launched. You can get a loan in 90 authorized banks. Mechanisms for SMEs to enter the stock market have been established. Preferential access of enterprises to production facilities and premises for the creation and development of both production and innovative companies is provided. A pilot project for the self-employed has been launched in four regions. It involves a special tax regime. Next year, this program will be extended to 19 more regions, and then to the whole country. You can get equipment in preferential leasing, as well as enlist the support of the state for special programs for the development of single-industry towns, farmers and artisans, etc. This year alone, more than 50 "My business" centers have been opened in various regions of Russia, working on the principle of "one window". By the end of 2024, there will be about 100.

Work is now underway to update and expand the proposed measures, which are also being implemented until 2024.

During December, the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation will hold public discussions of all received initiatives. The best of them will be included in the national project and will be implemented.
