Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable economic development

A meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable development of the republic's economy was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan M. R. Shagiakhmetov.

The meeting of the working group was attended by representatives of sectoral ministries, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Association of Enterprises and Industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting continued to consider the possibilities of solving personnel issues of enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly, the key goal to be achieved in the economic sphere is formulated – by 2030, the Russian Federation should become one of the four largest economic powers in the world.

The President of the Russian Federation noted the shortage of qualified personnel as one of the risks that could lead to a slowdown in economic growth.

During the meeting of the working group, the following issues were considered:

- the work carried out by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure sustainable effective development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2024 in terms of solving personnel issues of enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- as well as the work carried out by the sectoral ministries, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan to fulfill the tasks set during the meeting of the working group on March 29, at which ways to solve personnel issues of enterprises and organizations of the republic were also discussed.

The Minister noted the need for effective use of support measures and tools aimed at covering the staffing needs of enterprises, increasing labor productivity, as well as working out changes to existing support measures with enterprises, if necessary.
