The Concept allowing to expand opportunities for people with restrictions on health when receiving the state and municipal services in electronic form is approved

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2016 No. 1506-r has approved the Concept of creation, maintaining and use of the federal register of disabled people.

Actions for creation, maintaining and use of information system are reflected in a state program of the Russian Federation "The available environment" for 2011 - 2020.

Information system will allow:

• to render services to destination of payments to disabled people in an electronic form, that is online without their personal appeal to the bodies providing services;

• not to request the additional documents necessary for rendering the state and municipal services to them from citizens;

• to exclude inquiries in other executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation for confirmation of data and information (in case of the request for the state service not at the place of residence (registration).
