The Government of the Russian Federation identified the notion of "the electronic document"

The Government of the Russian Federation introduced amendments to the Regulations of exchanging documents electronically with organizations of information interaction (The Decree No. 63 January 24, 2017).

The purpose of amending the indicated Regulations, approved by the Government of Russia No. 1494 dd. 25.12.2014, was the need to define "the electronic document". An electronic document which details can be determined by the document workflow regulations is understood now under this term.

As a result of the introduced changes the interrelation between the notion “document in an electronic form“ with a notion “an electronic document”, contained in the Federal Law No.149- FZ dd. July 27, 2006  “On information, informational technologies and information protection” as well as with the notion “document”, which is used in the Regulations of workflow in the federal bodies of the executive authorities, approved by the Decree of the RF Government No. 422 dd.15.06.2009.

These changes will give legal effect to the documents submitted in electronic form during arrangement of the informational communication, and enable to use them in document workflow. Besides, the approved resolution will promote the transition to the electronic document workflow.

The above mentioned changes came into force on 04.02.2017.

For January 2017 the guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan for provided   guarantees amounting to more than 7.8 million rubles. 

The non-profit organization “The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) in accordance with Part 6 of Article 15.2 of the Federal Law dated July 24, 2007 N 209-FZ “On the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation” informs that for January 2017 the Fund granted 14 sureties totaling to 7868.0 thous. RUB. The list of small and medium-sized enterprises, which received support, is attached.
