The rating of socio-economic development of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan for January-March 2017 has been prepared

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-March 2017.

In the overall ranking for January-March 2017 the leading positions were occupied by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (2 place) and Nizhnekamsk (3 place) municipal districts.

For January-March 2017 Sabinsky (+9 products), Kukmor (+6) and Menzelinsky (+4) municipalities reached the biggest change in ranking. The changes data are conditioned by improvement of a number of indicators: reduction of the level of registered unemployment, increase of total agricultural production and etc.

The situation aggravated in the rating of Chistopol (-20), Mamadysh (-4), Apastov and Mendeleev (-3) municipal districts. The deterioration data are conditioned by increase of the level of registered unemployment, reduction of the total area of living houses, put into operation, growth rates of taxable and non - taxable profits and etc.

Per capita volume of shipped products in average amounted to 133, 60 thousand RUB. Among the municipalities of the Republic the highest results for this indicator were reached by Al'met'evskiy (795, 34 thousand RUB), Nizhnekamsk (422, 27 thousand RUB) and Elabuga (296, 51 thousand RUB) municipalities.

As of April 1, 2017 the level of registered unemployment in the Republic amounted to 0.75%. In 21 municipalities, this indicator was below the average Republican values. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Laishevo (0.19%), Aktanyshsky (0.33%) and Verhneuslon (0.34%) municipal areas. The largest - in Yelabuga (1.46%), Bavlinskiy (1.38%) and Sabinskiy (1.34%) municipal areas.

In January-March of 2017 in the Republic of Tatarstan 0,167 sq. meters of housing area per capita was commissioned. The largest housing area per capita was launched in Pestrechinskiy (2, 07 sq. meters), Laishevo (1, 34 square meters) and Verkhneuslonskiy (0.47 square meters) municipal areas.
