The rating of the socio-economic development of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan for January-April 2017 has been prepared

The RT Ministry of Economy prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-April 2017.

In the overall ranking for January-April 2017 the leading positions were occupied by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (2 place) and Nizhnekamsk (3 place) municipal districts.

For January-April 2017 the greatest changes in ranking were achieved by Tulyachinsk  (+16 points), Chistopol (+13 points) and Mamadysh (+8 points) municipal regions.

These changes are conditioned by several factors: a decline in the level of registered unemployment and increase of the purchasing power of wages, etc.

The situation deteriorated in the ranking of Jutazinsk (-13 points) and Alexeevsk (-11 points) municipal districts. These aggravations are conditioned by the increased level of registered unemployment, a decline in the total area of residential buildings put into operation, the purchasing power of wages.

  The volume of shipped products per capita in average for the republic amounted to 176,62 thousand RUB. The highest results for this indicator among the municipalities of the republic were achieved by Almetyevsk (1028,53 thousand RUB), Nizhnekamsk (551,89 thousand RUB) and Yelabuga (407,93 thousand RUB) municipalities.

As of March 1, 2017the level of registered unemployment in the Republic amounted to  0.72%. In 21 municipalities, this indicator was below the average Republican value. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Laishevo (0.19%), Aktanysh (0,29%) and Verhneuslon (0.37%) municipal areas. The largest - is in Yelabuga (1.42%), Yutazin (1.36%) and Bavlinsk (1.34%) municipal areas.

In January-March of 2017 in the Republic of Tatarstan it was commissioned 0,212 sq meters of housing area per capita. The largest housing area per capita was launched  in Pestrechinskiy (2,13 sq meters), Laishevo (1,38 square metres) and Verkheuslonsk (0.60 square metres) municipal areas.

The purchasing power of wages (ratio of average gross wages to MPB) in January-March 2017 increased by
2,11 times. The maximum value of this indicator wasa achieved in Tukaevsk (2.92 times), Laishevo (2.87 times), Novosheshminsk (2.89 times) municipal areas, the minimum - in Kamsk Ustyinsk (1.51 times) municipal region.
