Dear inventors and innovators!

On behalf of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and myself, I congratulate you with the holiday - the All Russia day of entrepreneur!

This is a significant event for the innovative community of the Republic.

Of course, the economic development of Tatarstan is determined first by success of enterprises in the Republic. Their competitive products have always been a good basis for development of mutually advantageous trade and economic relations with foreign countries, the Russian regions and are the main criterion for the efficiency of the economy of the Republic.

We are rightfully proud of the people who create domestic intellectual capital, make a significant contribution to the development of technology, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the domestic industry.

The development of indigenous science and technologies is among the most important priorities of the Republic of Tatarstan. Therefore, it is not possible to improve the efficiency of the national economy and to ensure the competitiveness of the products produced without intellectual property development

In order to create the conditions for the commercialization of innovations in the Republic of Tatarstan, the subprogramme "Development of the intellectual property market in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016-2020 " of the State Programme "Economic Development and Innovation Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020" was adopted by the Decree №190 dd. 31.03.2016 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan.

The main objective of the programme is to obtain the economic benefits of the Republic of Tatarstan through effective management of intellectual property. The programme will contribute to the revival and intensification of mass inventive and rationalization activities.
