PSEDA "Zelenodolsk" annual plan for half-year and prospects for further development
PSEDA "Zelenodolsk" is quickening the pace of development. It is planned to attract 8 more residents by the end of 2019. These residents are planning to invest more than 3.2 billion rubles in 10 years of investment projects and create about 980 new jobs. Minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev told about the development plans of PSEDA at a meeting in Zelenodolsk.
PSEDA "Zelenodolsk" was created in 2018. Today it is one of 5 TOSERs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
For today this PSEDA has 5 residents, 4 of which have been approved (LLC "Tatfarm", LLC "SPK "Gefest", LLC "Fabrika myagkih konteynerov" and LLC "Kazanskiy zavod polymernoy armaturi") at the end of 2018. They all received the status of PSEDA "Zelenodolsk" residents in 2019.
According to the plan for 2018-2019, it was necessary to attract 5 residents in total. This necessity has already been fulfilled.
In addition, 2 more potential residents applications from LLC "ARS" and LLC
"ERVOLT" received all the positive conclusions from the interested ministries and departments of the Republic. Currently, the date of the meeting of the Commission for their consideration is being considered.
By the end of 2019, it is planned to attract 8 residents to PSEDA "Zelenodolsk" with a total investment of more than 3.2 billion rubles, which will create about 980 new jobs during the implementation of investment projects.
PSEDA "Zelenodolsk" allows the activities of enterprises engaged in the production of food, soft drinks, mineral water, clothing, leather and leather products, as well as enterprises engaged in the processing of wood and wood products, medicines, rubber and plastic products, etc.
Today residents of PSEDA "Zelenodolsk" are: LLC "Tatfarm", LLC "SPK "Gefest", LLC "Fabrika myagkih konteynerov", LLC "Kazanskiy zavod polymernoy armaturi", LLC "Promenergo".
The total cost of investment projects of 5 residents is about 1.1 billion rubles, including capital investments of more than 440 million rubles. During the implementation of investment projects, residents plan to create more than 400 new permanent jobs.
Within 10 years of operation of PSEDA "Zelenodolsk" it is planned to attract 18 residents, which will create 2505 new jobs, make capital investments in the amount of 6.5 billion rubles.
