Seminar "Formula for Participation in Public Procurement 2.0" to be held in Kazan

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan" holds a free seminar "Formula for Participation in Public Procurement 2.0" and invites suppliers of goods, works, services, including small and medium-sized businesses, socially oriented non-profit organizations and organizations of the disabled.

Speakers will tell you how to avoid rejection of applications and win in purchases, competently protect your rights when executing a contract under 44-FZ and 223-FZ, execute a contract/agreement under sanctions, SVO, changes in exchange rates.

Also, together with the participants, they will analyze cases from practice, including administrative and judicial, and an algorithm for protecting the rights and interests of the supplier.

The seminar will be held on December 1, 2022 from 9:30 to 15:00 at the address: Kazan,
