Producers of Tatarstan and the company "Leroy Merlin" have become a step closer to each other

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan had a meeting between entrepreneurs of the republic, willing to sell their products through large trading networks, and representatives of the company “Leroy Merlin”. The meeting was arranged by the Business Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The entrepreneurs received the information from the Director on Sourcing of the company "Leroy Merlin" - Ruslan Hakalo on the principles, guiding the network in selecting suppliers, the priorities for production delivery. They were also able to obtain answers to the questions of interest.

One of such issues - is the deferral of payment, which may amount in average to 75 days.  This is a main problem for entrepreneurs, quite often arising due to the cash gap, which is a major obstacle to working with trading networks.

In its turn, a factoring service is being implemented by the Business Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to address the issue of the resulting cash-flow gap in the supply of goods to trade networks on conditions, favourable for producers.

Factoring allows entrepreneurs to obtain funding on presentation of a supply contract concluded with a customer in amount of up to 50 million RUB for a period of up to 180 days at a rate of 12%. The funding is available to the subjects of small and medium-sized business, both individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, regardless of the type of activity.
